Ebiz Web solution follows below terms and condition, so as you become a registered user, the rules will be applicable to all Ebiz Clients/Users.
Registration Rules
You will not use your company name, website or any words as product image/content/description so that buyer or who is visiting a website can contact you indirectly or directly. If we find such case, your account will be disabled and you will lose your uploaded software, your balance and everything connected to your account on Ebiz Web Solution.
If you want again activation of your account on Ebiz Web Solution, you have to contact us and we will inform you and provide you new username. In this case, charge may be applicable which is fully decided by Ebiz Web Solution.
Add/Upload Software/Script in your account
Same thing is also applicable for adding a contribution under the product.
You will not post any demo URL or other any information that becomes a way for buyer to reach at your place directly.
You will not upload any other website or free download software those are having their own websites like winzip, oscommerce, etc.. This will be considered as frundal case and your account will be disabled permanently.
In the software/product/any entity which is visible by public must not have any of your information as mentioned above. If we found such case, your account will be disabled and you will loose your uploaded software, your balance and everything connected to your account on Ebiz Web Solution.
Once the product is sold, we are not responsible that buyer will use it or not or if use, we are not caring or responsible that it will use for single domain or multiple domain or single user or multiple user or any other way.
It is granted that you can use your any contact/help information in product attachment so if user want to contact you after buying a product, you can help them.
